We had a fantastic stay at Vila Vera in the superior apartment with a sea view — truly a gem in Sumartin! The location is unbeatable: right on the first line to the sea, with stunning views and direct access to the water. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need — including a dishwasher, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen, and AC. The pool is just steps away (literally about 15), always clean and well-maintained, with sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. There’s also a great communal area where you can relax, barbecue, enjoy a hammock, or just unwind. Private parking on the property is a big plus. Sumartin is the quieter side of Brač, perfect if you’re looking to avoid crowds. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants — everything is within walking distance. You can either explore the local public beaches or simply go down from the villa and swim right in front, where there’s a designated and safe sea entrance. Da dove inizio? Ma da Vila Vera, fantastica location affacciata su un mare smeraldino, nove camere complete di tutto quello che serve per trasformare una vacanza in una esperienza unica e rilassante. La pulizia è perfetta, la dotazione della cucinetta completa e pronta per qualsiasi esperimento culinario. Sul fronte, una veranda accogliente con vista sulla piscina e appena poco più in là sul mare, campo da gioco per i delfini che popolano questa parte di costa e amano esibirsi. The location is perfect—within walking distance of several beautiful beaches and the town (supermarket, restaurants, etc.). The view from the balcony is stunning. Most of all, the staff is wonderful.
